Description
HS-02 Hydrogenation corrosion inhibitor is mainly used for preventing the corrosion of high hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and hydrogen chloride at the hydrogenation unit in the refinery.
Features
a.It is oil soluble inhibitor, can be mutually dissolved with gasoline, kerosene, ethyl alcohol and acetone in any scale and no pitting, it won’t influence the quality of the oil.
b.The inhibitor has the advantages of high efficiency, less injection , wide protective part , wide scope PH application, and excellent compatibleness with ammonia or organic neutralization agent. -
Description
HS-03 sour water stripping corrosion inhibitor is used in waste water stripping unit, the product can be adsorbed on the metal surface of the device to form a hydrophobic protective film to prevent the direct contact of metal and the corrosive water, effectively preventing the metal corrosion caused by acid gases such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide ,etc.

Description
HS-04 neutralization film-forming corrosion inhibitor is mainly used for preventing the corrosion caused by hydrogen sulfide (H2S) ,and hydrogen chloride at the atmospheric and vacuum unit,hydrofining unit, and the coking unit in the refinery.

a. Water-solubility is good.
b.This product is a kind of composite neutralization corrosion inhibitor, which is compounded by many kinds of components.
(1) It can neutralize the acid of HCl, H2S and SO2 in water to prevent acid corrosion. -
Description
HS-06 hydrogenation air cooling corrosion inhibitor is suitable for hydrofining unit and hydrocracking unit in refinery to prevent the corrosion of wet H2S at high-pressure low-temperature reaction parts. It replaces the polysulfide corrosion inhibitor used in this part, can overcome the drawbacks of easily precipitating sulfur and clogging pipes in the course of using , reaching a better inhibition effect than polysulfide corrosion inhibitor .
Features
1. It is a kind of water-soluble and N-containing corrosion inhibitor, comprises a plurality of N atoms in the molecule, has the effect of resisting corrosion caused hydrogen sulfide, can overcome the dew point corrosion in the process of condensation.
2. It has the effect of film-forming function, which means it can form a stable protective film to avoid the corrosion of acid and alkaline medium. It can react with H+ in the molecule such as:H2S, HCL, HCN ,etc. in the medium,reducing acid corrosion .
3. Added conveniently, does not affect the oil quality and the normal production of devices.

HS-07 corrosion inhibitor is mainly used at the fractionating tower of delayed coking unit in the refinery.

Description
It is mainly used to be against the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen chloride at the top of tower .
Features
1.After injected, it can rapidly neutralize the acid caused by HCl, H2S and SO2 dissolved in water, avoid the fouling and corrosion under the scale caused by the traditional ammonia injection.
2.It has a good synergistic effect together with corrosion inhibitor, it can control the PH from 6.0 to 8.0 stably at the top of tower , inhibit the corrosion at the “dew point” parts of the equipment;

Introduction
It is used for delayed coking unit. It can lower the foaming height of the coke unit to prolong the coke-forming time, reduce the coke-powder entrainment to protect cold exchange equipment and radiant pump, reduce the coke-powder entrainment of the gasoline and diesel oil to lessen coke-powder sediment at the volatilization line and the bottom of the dephlegmator, in order to keep the production cycle long and safe.
