Description

The neutralization agent  or called neutralizer is mainly used to be against the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen chloride at the top of tower .

Features 

1. After injected, it can rapidly neutralize the acid caused by HCl, H₂S and SO₂ dissolved in water, avoid the fouling and corrosion under the scale caused by the traditional ammonia injection.

2. It has a good synergistic effect together with corrosion inhibitor, it can control the PH from 6.0 to 8.0 stably at the top of tower , inhibit the corrosion at the “dew point” parts of the equipment;

Using Method

It is injected for 10 -30 ppm (relative to the raw material), it will neutralize the PH value of boiling water from 6.0 to 8.0 at the top of the tower.

Attention

1. In the process of application, soften water should be used for dilution.

2. This neutralizer for refinery should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry inside storeroom.
