Slurry Scale Inhibitor Won the Bid of CNPC Qingyang Petrochemical

We, Cangzhou Xinchang Chemical Corporation participated in the procurement tender of oil slurry scale inhibitor by CNPC Qingyang Petrochemical in September 2018.Our company successfully won the bid, the winning product is F-01 oil slurry scale inhibitor, and the bid quantity shall be subject to the production quantity of Qingyang Petrochemical. 

This oil slurry scale inhibitor is a very effective agent to keep the oil sludge system from forming scale. It is suitable for oil sludge pipeline, heat exchanger, and it also has certain effect on getting rid of scale already formed , improving the efficiency of heat exchanger to allow the stable operation of this system,to prolong the operation cycle and reduce the downtime. 

1. The product has good dispersivity, it can effectively avoid the accumulation of catalyst powder, corrosion products and salt, etc., suspended in the oil sludge to control the increase and deposition of particles.

2. It has antioxidant property to stop polymerization caused by oxygen. 

3. It has metal passivation property to stop or reduce catalytic dehydrogenation and oxidization reaction.

4. It has corrosion resistance and surface modification feature.
