Traditional method of treating circulating cooling water is adding chemicals into the water for the purpose of inhibiting the growth of microorganism and the formation of scale, but the concentration of inorganic salt and medicines in the water increases because of the water evaporation, thus, part of cooling water containing medicines and inorganic salts must be discharged , at the same time,clean water shall be added.

First.Control scaling
1.Control scaling:
The main components of the scales are carbonates and sulfates. when the electrochemical water treatment equipment work , in the cathode region, under the combined effect of cathode proprietary coating and the electrochemical processes, the PH in cathode region will reach about 13, so that, the scaling form solid and will be precipitated in the cathode region. Meanwhile, biological slime and heavy metals will deposit at the cathode, reaching the the goal of pre-removal. Circulating water system will under the state of no scale and no corrosion . Through the electrochemical process ,the scale and biological slime will be pre-removed from the circulating water system.
Second: Prevent Corrosion
1.Ozone can form a layer of γ - Fe2O3 oxide film on the metal surface, increasing the corrosion resistance of metal and reducing the corrosion rate.
2.The strong killing effect of ozone will control the growth of microorganisms in the circulating water effectively, reduce the biological scale and the corrosion under scale. Ozone can not oxidize the scale components directly such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate , but it can prevent the forming of scale caused by calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate.
3.Generally, when the remaining amount of ozone in water is at 0.1 - 0.2mg / L, it will meet the requirements of sterilization; when the remaining amount is at 0.4mg / L, it will meet the requirements of virus eradication.
Third. Micro-scale protection
When the equipment is at run, LSI software control system can ensure the thickness of the scale at the water side of heat exchanger less than 0.1 mm to protect heat exchanger,under the premise of not affecting the efficiency of heat transfer. The process is fully automatic to adapt to the change of water quality, and it can adjust LSI saturation index and RSI stability index of cooling circulating water dynamically, achieving effect of inhibiting scaling and corrosion .
Forth. Improve the efficiency of more than 4%
LSI control software can ensure that the thickness of scale at the water side of heat exchanger is not more than 0.1mm,ensure the heat-transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger in 3 years maintains more than 98% of the design value, and improve the production efficiency without cleaning.
